Shamrock Hills produces Vidal Blanc, Chardonel, Vignoles, Valvin Muscat, Chambourcin, Concord, and Niagara. The 2024 Carbonated Vidal Blanc is lightly carbonated and semi-dry with hints of fresh honey and aromas of banana, peach and apple. Chardonel is off-dry with notes of tree ripened pears, bananas, and fragrant apples. The 2024 Vignoles is an off-dry white with a tropical fruit bouquet and fresh, crisp body with a long fruit finish similar to a German Riesling. The 2024 Valvin Muscat is a dry white with aromas of fresh pineapple, banana and freshly harvested wheat, and flavors of tart apple and crisp pineapple. Sweet Backroads White is a sweet white made from Vignoles with green apple aromas. The tasting room is dog friendly and has outdoor seating.
