Nyx Lounge in Gladstone produces small-batch rum, rhum, and estate brandy. The rum program spans NYX Golden Rum, a Jamaican-style expression, NYX Platinum Rum, a clear barrel-finished spirit, and NYX Amburana Cask Rum, aged in Amburana wood. All rums bottle at 50% ABV. The brandy work draws from estate Vidal Blanc and Seyval Blanc grapes. NYX Oaked Vodka rests on hand-charred American oak. Each batch arrives numbered and signed by the distiller, connected to a unique NYX ID. The Spirits Lounge itself serves cocktails, Fence Stile wines, spirits, zero-proof options, and hosts events and private gatherings.
