This North Canterbury vineyard has been crafting premium Chardonnay and Pinot Noir since 1986, with some of the oldest vines of those varieties still thriving in New Zealand. The 18-hectare property sits on limestone-rich soil that keeps yields low and quality sky-high, plus they're growing Pinot Gris, Riesling, and Cabernet Sauvignon for good measure.
