Thirty-five hectares across Grünstadt-Asselheim, with the highest vineyard sitting at 300 meters above sea level, where Grauburgunder is grown. Matthias Gaul represents the fourth generation of the winery, with vineyard maintenance work performed approximately 210 days each year. The cellar holds 550 barriques and 120 stainless steel tanks, producing approximately 280,000 bottles annually. The winery won gold for Pinots at VINUM Rotweinpreis 2025. The Vinothek was renovated in March 2025 and now showcases new Sekt wines.
