Weingut Albert Kallfelz sits on the slate steep slopes of Zell-Merl in the Mosel, where the program centers on Riesling across a range of expressions. Dry and off-dry still wines, Riesling-Sekte, Riesling Secco, alcohol-free renditions, and Riesling-Brände emerge from named sites including Merler Adler, Merler Stephansberg, and Merler Königslay-Terrassen. The cellar also produces Rivaner, Weißburgunder, Grauburgunder, Rosé, and red wines. A Riesling from the house was selected as the best of the growing region in the annual selection tasting of Moselwein e.V. The work has been recognized with the Bundesehrenpreis. A tasting room is available.
