Weingut Steitz began in 2007 in Stein-Bockenheim, the same year Christian converted the estate's 14 hectares to organic management. Volcanic soils, Porphyr and Melaphyr, anchor the vineyards. The program holds official organic certification since 2022 and Fair'n Green sustainability status through regenerative practice. The portfolio spans Silvaner, Riesling, Weißburgunder, Grauburgunder, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Rosé, and Spätburgunder. Tastings by reservation, Monday to Friday 9-12 and 15-18, Saturday 10-17.
