Weingut Müller Wöllstein began in 2003 in Rheinhessen, with Hermann J. Müller, Jutta Müller, and Eva Müller at the helm. The program spans three vineyard sites, Wöllsteiner Äffchen, Wöllsteiner Rheingrafenstein, and Wöllsteiner Ölberg, where they cultivate Regent, Dornfelder, Riesling, Müller-Thurgau, Silvaner, Scheurebe, Bacchus, Kerner, and Ortega. The cellar produces still wines alongside Secco and Sekt. Eva Müller completed state-certified training as a technician for viticulture and oenology in 2018 and was elected German Wine Princess on 25 September 2020. The Vinothek opened on 22 August 2015. The estate holds the Rheinhessen Ausgezeichnet certificate. Guest accommodation includes single and double rooms, apartment studios with kitchenette, and suites.
