About Weingut Schier
Weingut Schier works with Piwi grape varieties, cultivated for 25 years, across Riesling, Souvignier Gris, Cabernet Blanc, Johanniter, Muscaris, and Solaris. Florian, Elena, Brigitte, Gotthard, and Viola guide the program from Zell on the Mosel. The house produces Riesling trocken and feinherb, Souvignier Gris trocken, Cabernet Blanc trocken, Johanniter feinherb, Muscaris feinherb, and Solaris feinherb. Beyond the cellar, Schier operates Schiers Weinbar & Vinothek in nearby Reil, offers Planwagen tours with tastings, and runs two hospitality spaces: Gästehaus Zehnthof with guest rooms and breakfast, and Ferienwohnung Haus Moselena, a 70-square-meter apartment for two to four.
