Fabrizio Fabiani and Andrea Luzi work the vines at Conzia in Clavesana, Piemonte, on land the same family has inhabited for four centuries. The winery sits attached to an 18th-century residence and historic park. The program spans Dolcetto, Nebbiolo, Barbera, Chardonnay, and Pinot Meunier, with traditional vinification methods producing Barolo DOCG, Barbaresco DOCG, Donna Cecilia, Claves Januae, and a Brut Metodo Classico of 100% Pinot Meunier. Guided cellar tours run roughly two hours, offered in Italian, English, and French. Animals are welcome on the property.
