Ca' Viola established itself in Dogliani in 1991, working across the Langhe and Barolo region of southern Piemonte. The program spans Nebbiolo, Barbera, Dolcetto, Chardonnay, Arneis, and Riesling. Barolo di Novello, Barbaresco DOCG, Dolcetto d'Alba DOC, and whites in Langhe Chardonnay, Arneis, and Riesling form the portfolio. The 2018 Barolo di Novello earned five grappoli, Bibenda's highest recognition. Dogs are welcome.
