About Zedashe (monastery cellar)
Zedashe is a monastery wine cellar (marani) near Bolnisi, Kvemo Kartli, attached to a monastery that was newly built and completed in 2008. The resident monks produce wine and have studied formal winemaking to improve quality, but as of the most recent travel-guide reporting the monastery and cellar are not open to the public and offer no wine tasting.
