Aragvispiri Wine Cellar has been producing wine since 2009 from the village of Aragvispiri near Dusheti, with vineyards spread across Mukhrani (Kartli), and Manavi and Kardenakhi (Kakheti). It works with Kisi, Khikhvi, Chardonnay, Cabernet, Merlot, Syrah, Mtsvane and Rkatsiteli grapes, producing wine "the classical and traditional way" using mechanical crushing and stainless-steel maceration; its current labels include Chinebuli, Rkatsiteli and Sofia.
