White, red, and fruit wines are all possible. After fermentation takes 6 to 9 weeks, you return for bottling, another hour-long process. New bottles come with a full one-year warranty. Custom label design with an art director lets you personalize each bottle. Located next door to The Brew Kettle. Open Monday through Friday after 4pm, Saturday and Sunday by appointment.
