About

Albert and Theresa Klingshirn planted their first vines in 1935. Concord grapes sustained the operation for fifty years before additional vineyards came in the 1980s, expanding the portfolio across cold-hardy and classic varietals. The house now spans three generations, producing Marquette, Riesling, Chambourcin, Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, Cabernet Sauvignon, and blends like Country Blush, a Marquette and Prairie Star blend. Golden Chablis draws from Prairie Star and Vidal Blanc. The tasting room offers inexpensive tastings. Wines ship throughout Ohio.
