About Carso Rosso Winery
Carso Rosso opened in Strongsville in 2020, named for the Carso region of Trieste, Italy, where owner Adam's family roots run deep. Adam produces the program, drawing red grapes from California and white grapes from Washington State. The portfolio spans Concord, Cabernet Sauvignon, Sauvignon Blanc, Niagara, and Chardonnay, with notable releases including Villeggiatura, Frontline Red Blend, Dolce Red, Dolce White, Rosato, Bianco, and Igloo Bandit Blush. A gift shop rounds out the experience, stocked with handcrafted jewelry, scarves, and bags.
