Founded in the 1840s, Wollersheim Winery sits on a scenic hillside across the Wisconsin River from Prairie du Sac. The program includes a working distillery and bistro alongside the cellar. The tasting room pours flights daily without reservation, open 12pm-5pm Sunday through Thursday and 11am-5pm Friday and Saturday. The distillery keeps the same hours, with extended service until 6pm on summer Fridays. The bistro runs 12pm-4pm Sunday through Thursday and 11am-4pm Friday and Saturday. The portfolio includes a Bourbon Barrel Aged Cabernet Sauvignon.
