About Winterhawk Vineyards LLC
Winterhawk Vineyards, established in 2018 in West Kingston, operates across three vineyard blocks on a working farm. The program sources grapes from across the country. Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec arrive from Chile, aged in the West Kingston cellar and in stainless steel and oak respectively. Chardonnay draws from select California fruit, barrel aged for robust oak character. The Zinfandel, made from Paso Robles grapes and aged in French oak, has earned recognition. The tasting room opens Saturday and Sunday from 1PM to 6PM, with outdoor seating available.
