About Shepherd's Run
Shepherd's Run occupies thirty-six acres in South Kingstown, built around a Norman Romanesque manor designed by Thomas Pym Cope and gardens by landscape architect Beatrix Farrand. The estate was once the summer residence of Rush Sturges and Elizabeth Hazard Sturges before becoming a winery in 1933. The program includes a 2021 North Fork Blanc de Noir, 2024 North Fork Rosé, and 2024 North Fork Sauvignon Blanc. The house operates as winery, hotel, and event venue, offering wine tasting flights Thursday through Monday, 11am to 6pm.
