Langenlois, Kamptal. Weszeli tends eight named vineyard sites, each worked biodynamically under Demeter certification. Every grape is hand-harvested. Wild yeasts from vineyard and cellar ferment the wines spontaneously. Grüner Veltliner and Riesling age for up to three years in large wooden barrels or stainless steel tanks, resting on the lees. The program includes Purus Grüner Veltliner, a Pét Nat made by traditional method, and Sekt Große Reserve Blanc de Blancs Brut Nature. Bottles spend another one to two years in temperature-controlled storage before release.
