About
Bruno Kirschbaum shapes the program in Langenlois, where the Kamptal's white wine tradition runs deep. The portfolio spans Grüner Veltliner, Riesling, Chardonnay, Welschriesling, Sämling 88, Gelber Muskateller, Weissburgunder, Grauer Burgunder, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Gris. Riesling from Steinmassl and Steinhaus anchor the work, alongside Kamptal DAC bottlings including Steinhaus and Reserve selections from Spiegel and Heiliger Graben. Sämling 88 emerges from Ried Liss, a high-altitude vineyard with sparse soil. The cellar also holds Chardonnay Jahrgangssekt, a vintage sparkling wine, and Chardonnay Limited Edition built for extended aging. Paul's, created to mark the birth of Kirschbaum's youngest son, rounds the offering. The philosophy centers natural character and careful grape processing throughout.
