The family-run winery focuses on classical varieties including Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, and Petit Verdot, with winemaking led by Maryann Egan who holds a degree in wine science from Charles Sturt University.
