About Wait Cellars
Wait Cellars was founded in 2005 by Jennifer Waits and Brian Mast. Based in San Francisco, the winery works in small production, with winemaker Shalini Sekhar directing the program. The house focuses on single-vineyard Pinot Noir, released in 50 or 100 case lots. Fruit comes from Anderson Valley, Mendocino County, and Mendocino Ridge, including Wentzel Vineyard, Nash Mill Vineyard, Roma's Vineyard in Anderson Valley, and Mariah Vineyard on Mendocino Ridge. A tasting room is available.
