Vivac Winery

About

Vivac Winery has operated in Dixon since 1998, working at 6,000 feet elevation. The portfolio spans Sangiovese, Riesling, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, and Rosé. The tasting room opens seven days a week, year-round, pouring wine alongside fourteen beers on tap. The house also stocks handmade chocolates and pasta, honey from bees on the property. Wine moves through refillable one-liter growlers or kegs, with a $75 setup deposit for the first keg and $50 for each additional. For every bottle sold, Vivac plants a tree through Eden Reforestation Projects.
