Vinuri de Comrat was founded in 1897 in Comrat, in the Valul lui Traian region. The winery is the oldest wine factory in southern Moldova with over 120 years of winemaking tradition. The portfolio spans eight varietals, from Merlot and Shiraz to Saperavi, Pinot Noir, Feteasca Neagră, Rară Neagră, Malbec, and Sauvignon Blanc. Notable releases include Plai Merlot Shiraz, 98 Hectares Merlot, WINE GARDEN Saperavi, Plai Pinot Noir, Folclor Feteasca Neagră Rară Negră, Folklor Merlot Malbec, Folclor Merlot, and 98 Hectares Sauvignon Blanc. A tasting room welcomes visitors alongside vineyard tours. The Bessarabian Province restaurant serves food on site.
