About Vincent Couche
Vincent Couche established his domaine in 1996 across two regions. Fifteen hectares in Champagne, split between Buxeuil and Montgueux, sit alongside thirty hectares in Chablis and Molesme in Bourgogne. The domaine converted to organic and biodynamic farming in 1998, formalized by Demeter certification in 2011. The program produces Champagne, ratafias, and Bourgogne wines, with plans for high-end cider. Around 100,000 bottles leave the cellar each year. The portfolio includes Sensation 1999, Millésime 2004, Chloé, and Rosé Désir.
