Four generations of winemaking in Ñuble's Itata Valley, where ViñaTres C has worked for more than 80 years. The winery sits in Guarilihue, designated Itata Interior D.O., producing País, Cinsault, and Moscatel de Alejandría as 100% natural wines. Geodesic wooden domes offer accommodation with vineyard views. A wooden barrel soaking tub overlooks the same landscape. Restaurante Elementos opens in spring and summer, serving rural Itata cuisine with local products and grilled specialties.
