About

Mingaco began in 2017 in Coelemu, in Chile's Itata Valley, on land farmed regeneratively since 2010. The work follows an agricultural-astronomical calendar, eschewing synthetic fertilizers and herbicides for agroecological practice. The portfolio centers on País and Cinsault, alongside Muscat of Alexandria, all made as natural wine. The house produces Mingaco Red Wine in both Cinsault and País expressions, a White Wine, and a White Wine Flor. Vineyard tours are available. The wines travel internationally.
