Katie and Courtney Brookshire run Under the Table Wines in Richmond. Katie is a Certified Sommelier with over 25 years in the service industry. Courtney became full time in the shop in 2016. The program centers on affordable table wines, most under $25. Saturdays bring weekly tastings from 3 to 7pm, each with a new theme. Fridays offer wine flights of three or more. Tuesday through Thursday, happy hour runs 3 to 5pm with $2 off spritz and $1 off wine and beer on tap. Sunday trivia starts at 4pm, $1 drink minimum, $5 to play. Wine ships throughout California and into Arizona, Oregon, Nevada, and New Mexico.
