About Two Silo Winery
Two Silo Winery sits on 22 acres in Grant, Minnesota, twenty miles from Minneapolis. Founded in 2019 by winemakers Connar Dehnert and Gavin Dehnert, the estate reflects four generations of family connection to grapes and wine, beginning with great-grandparents Pappouli and Yiayia who immigrated from Greece in the early 1900s. Over 2,300 vines grow on the property. Grapes are handpicked on the estate, including Roditis for the program.
