Franz Türk works Kremstal soils of Löss, Urgestein, and Konglomerat in Stratzing. The program centers on Grüner Veltliner and Gelber Muskateller, with the cellar known for its Eiswein and Beerenauslese expressions. The 2023 Eiswein Grüner Veltliner scored 96 points from Vinous. The Beerenauslese Gelber Muskateller earned 95. Türk pioneered the bottom label system, distinguishing each wine by variety, vintage, and vineyard on the bottle's underside. Tastings are available with outdoor seating.

Erste Lagen-Präsentation 2026
Presentation of first-class wines at Schloss Grafenegg on September 5, 2026, from 1-6 PM, followed by a concert by the Tonkünstler-Orchester Niederösterreich. Tasting fee €25 in advance or €30 at the gate.
