Three proprietors, Tim, Paul, and Alan, operate Trois Le Fou in Ventura. Paul and Tim have been amateur winemakers since the mid 1990s. The program focuses on premium Rhone and Bordeaux style wines sourced from Paso Robles grapes. The tasting room shares a building and barrel room with Lester Family Cellars. The barrel room is available for private events. The wine club offers three membership tiers, Looney through Maniac, each with escalating bottle allocations and discounts. Club members receive complimentary tastings for parties up to four and an additional 10% off during their birthday month.
