Flying H Wines was founded in 1917 in Santa Maria. The vineyard program began in the 1980s across 3,000 sustainable acres in the Monterey AVA. Winemaker Ernst Storm hand-selects and hand-harvests grapes for the Flying H label. The winery produces Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, and Pinot Noir. Flying H is a member of the California Sustainable Winegrowing Alliance.
