Trinkl operates as a Buschenschank in Heiligenbrunn, positioned directly in the Kellergasse, the wine cellar lane in Eisenberg. The house produces Uhudler rot and Uhudler weiß alongside Grüner Veltliner, and extends the program to Uhudlerfrizzante, grape juice, jams, and schnapps. Indoor seating accommodates roughly 120, with another 100 outside. Bottles of their own wines are available to take home.
