About Stubits
Stubits works five hectares in Harmisch, at the foot of Csaterberg, as part of the Eisenberg DAC association. Rainer shapes a program weighted toward white varieties, roughly 70% of the plantings. Welschriesling and Grüner Veltliner anchor the portfolio alongside Sämling, with exotic aromatics. Blaufränkisch rounds out the work. The cellar extends beyond the vineyard into two hospitality spaces. Die Weinbar am Csaterberg and a traditional Buschenschank serve visitors.
