About Tre Colline Three Hills Winery
Tre Colline sits on nine acres in Ramona, within the region's established wine-producing AVA. Three acres of vineyard share the property with a one-acre lake. Tobias and Carrie Panek craft 14 wines across reds, whites, rosés, sangria, port, and dessert expressions. The portfolio spans Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Zinfandel, Merlot, Sangiovese, Pinot Grigio, and Picpoul Blanc sourced from the Pinet region of France. All production and bottling happens on-site. French oak aging runs 18 to 36 months. The winery operates as a fully wholesale operation, 45 minutes from downtown San Diego.
