Simon Tötschinger established this operation in Jois in 2007. The work centers on honey, gently centrifuged and bottled at room temperature, available through the farm shop in Jois and stocked at Billa, Billa Plus, and Interspar supermarkets. Visitors can join bee and honey experience tours. The program also offers bee colony sponsorships, which include a certificate, honey from the sponsor year, and photo updates.
