Richter is a family-run winery across ten hectares in Jois, where shell limestone, slate, and clay influence the white and red wines. The Pannonian climate at Lake Neusiedl shapes the growing season. The house hosts two annual events. Wein am Hauptplatz arrives each August 1st with roughly twenty wineries gathered on the main square. Martiniloben, held November 14-16, opens the new vintage to visitors for €60, which includes a €30 wine voucher. Guest rooms with air conditioning, shower, toilet, TV, and WLAN are available.
