About

Stanley Barrios arrived in Paso Robles for a harvest internship in 2013. The following year, he purchased four tons of grapes from the west side and made the first vintage. Now the winery sources Estrella clone Syrah from Bien Nacido's Z Block, planted in 1995, along with just over five acres of other fruit from the same Santa Maria Valley vineyard. Thirteen acres come from G2 in Willow Creek, Paso Robles. The program makes eight wines, most blends of Syrah, Grenache, Mourvedre, Graciano, Roussanne, and Grenache Blanc. Releases arrive twice yearly, spring and fall. A reservation is required for the tasting room.
