About Cairjn Wine Cellars
Andy Neja named Cairjn Wine Cellars after his family's farming legacy, bringing decades of winemaking skill to West Paso's limestone-rich vineyards. The program spans white varietals, Rosé, and reds, from Albariño and Assyrtiko to Grenache, Syrah, and Cabernet Sauvignon. Signature releases include Lopai Grenache, The Blend Series, Crown of Avignon, Unlimited Devotion, and Red Table Wine. The tasting room welcomes dogs and serves food. Tastings require reservations. The wine club offers three membership tiers, Keystone Club with 8 bottles per year, Premier Club with 12 bottles per year, and Legacy Club with 24 bottles per year, each with complimentary tastings and members-only events.
