Togonidze Winery, founded by Gia Togonidze, produces fine natural wines using traditional Georgian qvevri-style winemaking methods dating back over 8,000 years, from a vineyard adjacent to the Satlianiskhevi River outside Telavi in Kakheti. Production is non-irrigated and chemical-free. The Togonidze family is known locally and internationally both for their wines and for the hospitality they extend to guests who visit the winery.
