Shalauri Wine Cellar is a new, small artisanal producer in the village of Shalauri, Telavi Municipality, Kakheti, in the Alazani River Valley beneath the Caucasus Mountains. It is passionate about wines made in the traditional Georgian method and aged in qvevri, debuting Rkatsiteli, Mtsvane, and Saperavi wines with its first vintage in 2013.
