The program centers on Petit Manseng, Malbec, Norton, Cabernet Franc, Tannat, and Viognier. Rabun Red, a blend of Norton, Cabernet Franc, and Tannat, ages thirty months in French and American oak. White Tiger marries Viognier with Petit Manseng, the latter aged nine months in French oak. Mountain Cyn combines Norton and Cabernet Franc. The estate hosts private events and weddings for up to 150 guests and offers luxury accommodations through The Retreats at Tiger Mountain.
