Hiawassee, Georgia. Hightower Creek works with local fruit across a portfolio that spans white blends, reds aged in French and American oak, and bourbon-barrel experiments. Trillium, a Pinot Gris, Seyval, and Vignoles blend aged twelve months in French oak, sits alongside Deliverance, a Merlot, Norton, and Cabernet Sauvignon aged twice as long in American oak. The house also releases Vintner's Stache and Cynthiana and the Bandit, both bourbon-barrel reds from Moonrise Distillery. Estate-grown Catawba becomes Blushing Fox. Chambourcin and Sangiovese blend into Chatuga Red. The tasting room welcomes dogs and offers outdoor seating. Live music plays every Saturday from two to five.
