Three Fox Vineyards in Delaplane operates as both vineyard and brewery, working across a range of varietals from Petit Verdot and Cabernet Sauvignon to Viognier and Vidal Blanc. The program favors small batch production, most releases under 100 cases, some as few as 20. Recent offerings include the Renee 2022, a Petit Verdot and Malbec blend at 60 cases, and the Brayden 2022, an 85 percent Estate Sangiovese and 15 percent Malbec aged 26 months in new and neutral French oak. The Lazy Meadow 2024 is an off-dry Pinot Gris and Viognier blend led by Estate Pinot Gris. A tasting room welcomes visitors, dogs included, with outdoor seating.
