Cobbler Mountain Cellars

About

Cobbler Mountain Cellars began in a basement in 2011 with a handful of ciders and wines. By 2015, Jeff McCarthy Louden and Laura McCarthy Louden had pivoted entirely to cider. Now, across over ninety acres in Delaplane, the program ranges from Traditional Jeffersonian to Peach Cobbler, Blueberry Pomegranate, Golden Pineapple Sunset, Tropical Sunset, Pineapple Coconut, and Bourbon Barrel Hard Cider. The tasting room pours over two dozen ciders on tap. The property holds wooded hiking trails, Thumb Run Creek, a Treehouse Loft for reservation, and a Medieval Barrel Dining Hall for events. Dogs are welcome. Food trucks often appear on site.
