The Austin Winery opened in 2012 as an urban operation handcrafting natural Texas wine. The program draws fruit from across the state. Spaghetti Western 2023, a 100% Sangiovese from Walker Vineyards in the Texas High Plains, was produced in 205 cases. Cerasuolo 2025 blends Aglianico and Montepulciano from Reddy Vineyards with Sauvignon Blanc, Muscat, and Pasenate Noir from Banff Vineyards, crafted low-intervention with short skin contact and separate stainless steel fermentation. The tasting room houses Nougatine bakery and serves food alongside the wines.
