About Solaro Estate Winery
Solaro Estate Winery operates on an ancient fossil bed above Barton Creek in Houston, where limestone-filtered water and free-draining soil support the vineyards. Hand-picked grapes move through fermentation with temperature control and hand punch-downs, then age in oak barrels. The house motto is 'The Art of Science.' Limited production, internationally awarded wines. Wine club members receive allocations three times yearly, with shipment available to over 40 states. Saturdays feature live music from local musicians.
