Mary runs Austin Custom Winery in Sunset Valley, crafting organic wines low in tannin and sulfate, blended on-site. The tasting room opens Thursdays and Saturdays from 1:30 to 5 pm, offering six wines paired with charcuterie and complimentary accessories. Three wine clubs span Fruit Wines, Rich Reds, or Best of Both. The Cork Screw, a vintage wine trailer, travels festivals across Texas, including Corpus Christi.
