Christophe Mittnacht, the third in his family line, tends 11 hectares across Hunawihr, Ribeauvillé, and Mittelwihr using biodynamic farming. Table de Yuka merges Alsatian and Japanese cuisine. Entre les Vignes offers lodging on the property. La Cuverie, a seminar space, holds up to 25 people.
