About Sullali

Sullali, founded in 2008 in Erbusco, works with Chardonnay and Pinot Nero to make Franciacorta under the SoloUva method, which relies on grape sugars alone, without external additions. Jessica Vezzoli and Dario Vezzoli lead the program across four expressions. The Extra Brut is made from hand-harvested Chardonnay. The Brut Nature combines both varietals. The Blanc de Noir Extra Brut, made from Pinot Nero, sits at 12% alcohol. The Satèn Brut rounds the portfolio.
